Ideal for establishing base camp and glowing in the heart of Provence or for practising numerous sportive activities (cycling, mountain biking, walking, golfing, etc...), or even for resting by the pool. Renting suitable for 4 to 8 people maximum (max. 6 in low and mid seasons and 8 in high and pick seasons). Renter living on a detached part of the property (single and very discrete lady who takes care of the pool and green maintenance). Charges included (except tourist tax and heating if required). Damage deposit : 500 €
Advance payment : 25% of the rental price.
Rates indicated for renting by the week and for 4 to maximum 8 occupants (maximum 6 in low and mid seasons and maximum 8 in high and pick seasons). N.B: There will be an additional rental charge if there is more than 6 people in low and mid seasons (70 Euros per week and per person) or more than 8 people in high and pick seasons(90 euros per week and per person) . Water, electricity, sheet and towels are included in the rates. Special rate ( - 15%) for single couples in low and mid season depend on availability. Compulsory additional charge: final cleaning and provided linen maintenance to pay at the end of the stay. Small dogs accepted: 50 Euros per week. We require a 25 percent deposit paid at booking. You have to pay the balance of your stay upon arrival, with the key handover. You have also to pay the security deposit when you arrive. It is refundable at the end of the stay, after inventory and statement of state of repair. Tourist tax is due for any person of 13 years and older. It is calculated and payable at the end of the stay.

Cleaning: 95 euros

The rental is of at least 7 nights and begins on Saturday. The farmhouse is available from 5pm on the day of your arrival and check-out on the day of your departure is at the latest at 10am.
