Description

The Rainbow Villa (2007) is built in colonial style, with 5 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an extensive living area with a half-open kitchen. From the impressive veranda you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view of swimming pool and large, fully enclosed back garden. The villa has recently been completely refurnished – with splendid, luxurious quality!

Despite the fact that Aruba is not a large island, there is a lot to do during your stay here! There are a number of sporting activities to enjoy like diving, snorkelling, (para)sailing, windsurfing and many more. There are beautiful beaches, untouched, quiet or busy – whatever you prefer. Romantic wedding locations complete with sunset options on the beach. There are, in addition, many tourist attractions, midget golf and water parks. Restaurants galore with food from a dozen countries, some of them right on the beach so you can eat with your toes in the sand. Enough choice of fun stores, big and small, can be found on Aruba to do shopping. Also all the famous brand names of perfume, clothing and jewelry can be found on the Island. Extra persons will be charged at 1/6th of the week price (per person per week).
The villa can be rented for a maximum of 10 persons.
The minimum length of stay is 1 week (=7 nights). An extra night is charged at 15% of the week price per person. The rental price includes: gas, water, electricity, change of sheets and towels (1 x per week), cable television, wireless internet, several services (garbage removal, pest control) and the free pick up service from the airport.
The End-of-Stay cleaning charge is mandatory and amounts to $ 75.00 per group of 6 persons or less. Extra persons will be charged $12,50 each. The deposit is calculated to be10% of the total rental fee.
