Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pera. This is a tradditional Portuguese village with local bars and restaurants and a daily food market selling local produce and fish. The rear gate leads to a residential area and into the village. Secluded enclosed landscaped gardens with security access to the villas. The layout of the villa creates a greater degree of privacy being Villa A. Parking for two vehicles outside the villa. There is a communal covered Barbecue area with tables and chairs for guests. Sun beds are available for guests around the pool.

The Villa is in central Algarve, west of Albufeuria. The easy access to many of the attractions in the the Algarve , Zoo Marina, Algarve Shopping, Water Park, Golf courses and beaches are all within ten minutes drive making it an ideal venue to explore the region.

The easy drive from Faro airport takes less than 30 minutes. From Lisbon the journey is 2 1/2 hours.
The Villa is in a central position giving easy access to the many villages and attractions on offer in Portugal. Golfers will find up to 20 courses all within a 20 minutes drive. For the children there are a wide range of attractions including the renowned Zoo Marina conservation center as well as two water parks. Beaches are too numerous to count providing a range of experiences from miles of flat sand to enclosed coves.
