Close to Marina and the beach and a short walk to bars restaurants and parks. The particular attraction of this apartment for us was the excellent location and windows in every room plus French doors in the living room leading onto Juliet balcony. They are all large windows (with shutters) from which there is plenty to see. In the living room you can observe a bustling thoroughfare on one side with a view over rooftops to trees, harbour with the boats' masts, Fort Carre and mountains beyond and an Old Street from another. We love the location on the harbour side of the old town but with its very close proximity to La Courtine and ramparts along Rue D'Aguillon. It is close to parks for the children, bars and restaurants, shops, beaches and harbour. It is very easy to 'pop back' during the day (or night!) from any part of Antibes old town. With wifi, aircon, newly fitted kitchen with dining table and refurbished living area, bathroom and bedrooms it is ideal for a relaxing enjoyable stay.
Antibes is one of the most popular places to holiday on the Riviera. The old town of Antibes is full of charm and character with a wealth of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a daily market (Provençal Market) selling local produce. There are numerous sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment. Antibes is a convenient base for visiting nearby St Tropez, Cannes, Monte Carlo, Italy and mountain villages by train and Antibes station is just a short walk from the apartment. Antibes is close to Juan les Pins (accessible on foot in about 20 minutes or by bus or train) with its exciting night life, casino, cocktail and cabaret bars and beach side restaurants. There are numerous attractions on the outskirts of Antibes such as Marineland and Acquasplash. Antibes is ideal as a romantic getaway and offers something for the whole family whether the children are young or teenagers.

This is a first floor apartment and there is one flight of stairs. There is an intercom between the apartment and the front door. Towels can be hired from our agents for 10 Euro per person. Transport to and from Nice can also be arranged with our agents for a competitive price (but there is also a bus which takes about 35 minutes). There is a cleaning charge of 45 euros per let. There is free car parking at Fort Carre about 10 minutes walk away or a short Navette ride (1 euro) or paid parking close by. |
