The apartment block is also well positioned for access to the neighbouring seaside resort of Juan les Pins which is within a 20 minute walk. The apartment was completed and furnished in September 2006 so has a very clean and modern feel to it - it is also set back from the main road so is quiet in the evenings. There is a supermarket and bakery just 50m away from the building. The apartment also benefits from a secure underground parking space if required.

not necessary The apartment has a parking space underneath the building. Approximately half our guests have a car which is great for driving up or down the coastline, or to the surrounding villages like Mougins and St. Paul de Vence. The apartment is in the centre of Antibes itself though and very close to the beaches and public transport so a car is not always neccessary. Approximately 20 restaurants within 5 minute walk, 60 within 15 minute walk. |
