House in Anarita Village has two bedrooms comfortably sleep four guests. It has swimming pool and Sea views.
It is located in the traditional village of Anarita, with local bars and restaurants and just two kilometers from Mandria beach, ten minutes from Paphos Airport and twenty minutes from Paphos. Furnished to an exceptionally high standard and equipped with modern appliances. Twenty minutes from Paphos. It is a small private development with tranquil settings. Three minutes drive to the main motorway network linking all major towns. It is a brand-new contemporary townhouse with breathtaking views. Bedroom one has upgraded luxury double bed and built-in wardrobes with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, bedside lamps and balcony overlooking the pool with views through to the mountains. Bedroom two has twin beds fitted wardrobes air-con fan bedside table etc.
The luxury family bathroom has bath with overhead power shower and shower screen. Relax under the dimmable halogen ceiling lights. Downstairs is a separate cloak room with wash hand basin. Outside are poolside showers toilets and hand basins.
The kitchen is open plan fitted with top quality fridge/freezer washing machine kettle toaster and microwave etc with state of the art hob and oven should you require it. A comprehensive range of utensils, crockery, sauce pans etc is also included.
The large open plan lounge/dining area has remote control ceiling fans with patio doors leading out to the pool. Marble staircase leads up to the bedrooms. Large Sony flat screen TV DVD player, DVD selection leather settees and oak furniture set the scene
Ample towels are supplied and a complete change of bedding for a two week rental. Extra towel and linen changes can be arranged as requested as can mid rental cleaning

Coast/Beach The quiet long and unspoilt beach of Mandria is two miles away, with local tavernas and shops. An ideal spot to watch a fabulous Cyprus sunset. A short trip along the coast takes you to Kouklia (site of Aphrodites Temple and ancient Paphos) and on to Aphrodites Rocks (birthplace of Aphrodite, as seen in Botticellis painting Birth of Venus). Just minutes further on brings you to Pissouri beach with lavish beach bars and restaurants and a crescent bay to die for. 15 minutes and back to Anarita. Golf We are only ten minutes drive to two famous five star golf courses being the Secret valley golf course and Aphrodites Hills. Skiing Our house is situated at the gate of the foothills of Troodos for winter visitors.
