Description

This Bright and wonderful A/C Holiday Apartment has an on-site Private Swimming pool with Attendant during Summer Months. Lifts take you and your Luggage from a Cool Underground Car Space to the Apartment on the 1st floor. There is a 24-hour Reception. On and close to the complex are a variety of Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Entertainment for all Ages - no driving is necessary. Around the site you will also find Table Football and Pool Tables.

In addition to the items listed in the Facilities schedule we now have a Coffee Machine. The whole Kitchen and Dining area has been renewed in 2012

Just about a 5 minutes walk will take you to the Super White Beach via a small Conservation Area. By the Beach are Special Cafes plus a Harbour, Sports Centre and a modern Promenade with Free Car parking Spaces. In another direction a 5 minutes walk will bring you directly to the Centre of Alvor - a traditional and peaceful Fishing Village. Close to Alvor is a Private Airport where Skydiving is organized. In and around the Village are some 7 Golf Courses plus places where Golf Equipment can be Hired. If you Hire a Car then you can easily Travel into the nearby Mountains, Visit a Castle, or Drive along the Coastline to the fabulous Marinas.

Th Apartment is fully Registered for holiday lettings at the local Town Hall in Portimao Reg. No. 27868/10. Also Fire Appliances are regularly checked and no gas is available in the apartment for extra safety. Grab handles have been installed around the bath area for piece of mind and all appliances are checked twice a year.

Balance payment to be sent 1 month before leaving for your holiday.

A separate damage security deposit of £100 is requested when making your Balance payment. This security deposit is returned as soon as our local Agent has checked and cleared the Apartment and contents. It is rare not to return a deposit!

We will post (and email on request) Receipts for each payment - usually on the same day as Receipt.

This room has Air Conditioning. ) Main: 2 Single beds (Large bedroom with balcony overlooking the main Tiled Square, a dressing table, study desk with light, armchair, double wardrobe, cable television and luggage stand. This room has Air Conditioning.) A additonal cot can be provided on request in either bedroom.

Other notes	This is a very large underground car park/garage with key entry and exit directly to lifts that take you to the Apartment. This has proved a boon for moving luggage and when shopping.

Plus there are many and varied enjoyable restaurants that may lead to you wanting to return again and again. The weather along the Algarve varies from around 16 C in deepest winter to upper 30s C in mid-summer. It seems warm air from North Africa keeps the Algarve from the normal continental climate and we have often found it spreads inland for around 15km.
