A luxury holiday villa located in the Golden Triangle. Tastefully furnished, high quality villa set in its own grounds, The Villa is within ten minutes walk from the town of Almancil and all the international bars/restaurants that it has to offer, plus the Apolonia supermarket. Five minutes drive away are the exclusive resorts of Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago with their glorious sandy beaches. The town of Faro is just 10 minutes drive for some serious shopping.
This beautiful villa offers excellent, spacious accommodation on three levels. On the ground floor, the lounge / dining room have a large screen plasma cable television and DVD player, comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, dining table and chairs and two sets of patio doors which open out to the covered dining terrace and sunny swimming pool. There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and door to the outside utility area with washing machine. On this level there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms. The entrance hall has stairs leading to the master double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom with air conditioning plus one double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and downstairs to the games room.
A highly desirable holiday villa to rent in an excellent location for all the amenities in Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
