Situated in personally landscaped beautiful gardens with luxury pool and open and covered terraces with full BBQ area the villa is a haven for all ages looking out over the lights of Quinta to sea but close to all of the local attractions. The 5 BR are all fully en suite with shower and/or bath and the main suite has a jacuzzi and wet room. Separate TV room with a sofa bed can provide an additional double bed if required. Full laundry and additional fridge. The huge kitchen red and black is often the hub of things with terraces outside and bistro style seating and barstools as well as all the appliances from dishwashers, microwave and normal ovens, 2 large fridges and freezer, coffee-maker ,and fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, etc. Large indoor and outdoor dining areas and huge lounge, fully glazed,looking out over pool to the sea provides fantastic views particularly at sunset and night-time views with all the lights of Quinta and Val do Lobo.

Golf is available near this property. Golf pass optional. We are close to all the famous Algarve Golf Courses (Quinta do Lago, Val do Lobo, Pineros Altos, San Lorenzo.
Castro Marim, Monte Rei,Villamoura, etc.. Being close to Faro Airport (15 min) and 30 min from the Spanish border you can easily experience the Spanish courses as well.
Location Information: Set in Vale Formoso overlooking Quinta do Lago and Val do Lobo with easy access to all beaches and golf courses our villa is perfectly positioned in huge 4000sqm of private enclosed landscaped gardens looking out to the coast. You can be in Quinta in 10 min but benefit from the peaceful valley atmosphere and the views at sunrise,sunset and at night when the lights from Quinta and Vale do Lobo come on are truly spectacular.We have some of the best restaurants in the Algarve on the road from Almancil leading to the villa and there are more on the way to Loule. Being central to the 'Golden triangle' all the golf courses and beaches are within 15 min drive but you are away from the traffic and crowds as the valley is still very Portuguese with a small number of special properties Apolonia supermarket and shops are minutes away in Almancil and access to the airport is 15 min and the 125 takes you quickly anywhere in Portugal or over to Spain.
Our villa was selected to represent the Algarve in the TV series Break with the Boss. The interiors, decoration and design are exceptional as are the views and position being close to all the best restaurants, beaches and golf courses but in a peaceful beautiful Portuguese valley.
All the rooms have their own small balconies/terraces with spectacular views of the gardens or out to sea. The property is completely private and enclosed with bougainvillea hedges and a large retaining wall ensuring privacy and safety for children(please note -no pets please).
Some of the best restaurants in the Algarve are literally at the end of the road on the road to Almancil or up to Loule. There is a big choice from 'Chicken Shacks' (excellent local Portuguese) to curry houses, French bistros and top quality international and a fantastic Chinese in Almancil we have a welcome book which gives full details of these as well as golf courses and beaches to try as well as worthwhile trips to surrounding areas.
Due to illness we are looking to sell the villa or find a partner(it is set up as an offshore company) Alternatively we would also consider a long term let .
